ALMOND FROSTING

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fat
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1/8 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Cream fat and continue creaming while slowly adding sugar. Add cream, salt, vanilla, and almond extract and mix smooth.
