- 1 1/2 tablespoons fat
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons cream

- 1/8 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Cream fat and continue creaming while slowly adding sugar. Add
cream, salt, vanilla, and almond extract and mix smooth. |
