| CUCUMBER SALAD DRESSING |

|
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
|
- Few grains pepper
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
|
|
|
Pare cucumber and chop fine. Chill well. Beat cream until stiff.
Add salt and pepper. Fold in vinegar and finally the cucumber. |
