- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives

- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 oz. anchovies, mashed
- Dash of freshly ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
