HONEY CAKE |
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup melted shortening
- 2 slightly beaten eggs

- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
|

Cream honey, sugar, shortening, and eggs. Mix and sift flour,
baking powder, and seeds. Combine mixtures and mix until smooth.
Turn into baking pan and bake at 375° F. for 30 to 40 minutes. |
