- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1½ cups Rice Krispies

Combine first six ingredients. Blend well. Mix nuts and Rice
Krispies together and add. Drop by teaspoonfuls, two inches apart,
on a baking sheet. Spread with a fork. Bake at 325° for 10
minutes or until brown. Makes about three dozen. |
