- 3 egg whites
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons sugar

Beat egg whites until bubbly. Add salt, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Continue beating until egg whites form a thick foam. Add sugar,
a tablespoon at a time, beating after each addition. After last
addition of sugar, beat until mixture piles and sugar is dissolved. |
