PEACH PIE SUPREME

  • 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 package orange-flavored gelatin
  • 1½ cups hot peach juice and water
  • 2½ cups canned sliced peaches, drained
Dissolve gelatin in hot peach juice and water. Add peaches. Chill. When slightly thickened, turn into cold baked pie crust. Chill until firm. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
