| PEACH PIE SUPREME |

- 9-inch pie crust
- 1 package orange-flavored gelatin
|
- 1½ cups hot peach juice
and water
- 2½ cups canned sliced
peaches, drained
|
|
|
Dissolve gelatin in hot peach juice and water. Add peaches. Chill.
When slightly thickened, turn into cold baked pie crust. Chill
until firm. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. |
