| PECAN PIE |

- 9-inch pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
|
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans

Beat eggs. Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla, and butter. Line
pie pan with pie crust. Put in pecans in a layer. Add mixture.
Bake at 350° F. 50 to 60 minutes. The nuts will rise to top
and form a crusted layer. |
