| PRUNE PUDDING |

- 4 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
|
- 15 stewed prunes
- 4 teaspoons cream of tartar
|
|
|
Beat sugar and salt into egg whites. Mash prunes, adding cream
of tartar. Beat into first mixture. Turn into buttered baking
dish. Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold with
whipped cream. Serves 4. |
