| RED KIDNEY BEAN
SOUP |

- 2½ cups red kidney beans
- 1 stalk celery
- 4 cups water
|
- 1 slice onion
- 1 carrot
- Salt--Pepper--Paprika
|
|
|
Boil the water, beans, onion, celery, and carrot until they are
tender. A ham bone or bacon rind adds flavor. Add seasonings.
Strain and serve with croutons. Serves 6. |
