ROQUEFORT FRENCH DRESSING

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon confectioner's sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • Dash red pepper sauce
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 2 oz. Roquefort cheese
Combine all ingredients except the cheese and let stand overnight. Then remove garlic from dressing and add the cheese mashed fairly smooth.
