| ROQUEFORT FRENCH
DRESSING |

|
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon confectioner's
sugar

- ½ cup vinegar
- Dash red pepper sauce
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- 2 oz. Roquefort cheese
|

|
Combine all ingredients except the cheese and let stand overnight.
Then remove garlic from dressing and add the cheese mashed fairly
smooth. |
