- 2¼ cups sugar
- 1½ tablespoons white
corn syrup

- 7½ tablespoons water
- 3 egg whites
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla
|

Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler
and mix well. Cook over boiling water 3 minutes. Remove from
fire but leave over hot water and beat with rotary beater 7 minutes,
or until of a consistency to spread. Add vanilla and blend well. |
