- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil

- 1 chopped pickle
- 2 tablespoons chopped green
pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 chopped, hard-cooked egg-yolk
