At Largo's charity event, he and Bond play a 3-D video game called Domination, where players battle each other to conquer real-world nations, and the loser receives an electric shock of increasing intensity. If a player removes his hands from the joystick, he automatically loses. After losing a few games, Bond wins a potentially fatal match for control of the entire world when Largo takes his hands off the joystick. Bond refuses Largo's offer of cash to settle their wager and instead accepts a dance with Largo's mistress, Domino Petachi.

As they do the tango, Bond tells Domino that her brother has been murdered. "Keep dancing," he says before explaining that Largo is the prime suspect.

Riding a Q-issued Yamaha XJ650 Turbo Seca motorcycle, Bond pursues the maniacal murderess Fatima Blush in her red 1983 Renault 5 Turbo.

Fatima Blush meets her demise when Bond fires a miniature rocket grenade from his Union Jack-decorated Q Branch fountain pen into her chest. Afterwards, nothing is left but her high heels.

Largo's base of operations is a private estate of Moorish design located on the North African coastline.

As punishment for her betrayal, he auctions her off to a bunch of gun-wielding Arabs on horseback in an open square. Fortunately, Bond escapes from his prison and rescues her.

M: If you should come through this fearful ordeal unscathed, I'd like to offer you lunch at my club.
BOND: That's a thrilling prospect, sir. But if I do get through this, I may have other plans.

Just as Largo tries to use a spear gun to shoot Bond, he is shot with a spear gun by Domino, taking revenge for her brother's death.

BOND: M sent you.
NIGEL: Only to plead for your return, sir. M says that without you in the service, he fears for the security of the civilized world.
BOND: Never again.
