Isaac's re-animated corpse (apparently possessed by He Who Walks Behind The Rows) reappears and kills Malachi, breaking his neck for his misbehavior.

BURT: Has anybody ever tried to hurt the monster? Any of the adults, your parents before they were killed?
JOB: The Blue Man!
BURT: Who is the Blue Man? What did he do?
JOB: Officer Hodgekiss. I told you. He came down here after he talked to the minister. He was reading a page torn out of the Bible.

Burt is able to spray the fields with flammable liquid and lights a molotov cocktail, tossing it into the field, burning it and seemingly destroying the demon.

Rachel attacks Burt, but Vicky knocks her out with the car door. He is worried about just leaving her there, but Vicky quips that they will send her a get-well card from Seattle.

Although Isaac is supposedly a teenager, actor John Franklin was 24 years old when he played the role.
